- What makes your service so special?
You control your web site. You do the creation and editing of the page through the on-line forms that make it possible for a user to create a web page with little or no html experience.
HPCNet provides not only the hosting services but also a unique software application to help you manage security, provide a customized look for all pages, and facilitate interactive site building. Inherent in the system is an automated search function for your site, a visit counter, an email contact on every page, and more. HPCNet is web based so page creation and editing can be accomplished from any location with Internet access.
- Why should I choose your service over another web company?
Other web companies design and implement your website. You pay a fee for the initial development. Beyond the initial fee, you pay for each change that you would like to make. HPCNet includes tools that make it easy for you to design, implement and update your website. Changes are made by you and are posted immediately, allowing you the flexibility of providing information on a timely basis.
- Do you submit my site to search engines?
We will submit your home page to search engines annually. Submitting subsequent pages will be the responsibility of the client.
Upon request, the HPCNet Customer Service Representative will prepare a one-time presentation for marketing purposes. Reasonable preparation time will be provided.
- How do I get new features?
New features are availiable upon completion of development. No upgrade software is needed. The HPCNet web site will identify and explain new features in detail. Telephone support will be provided as well. Site visits would be billed at the consulting fee rate.
- What kind of statistics feedback can I get about my site visitors?
A visit counter is inherent in the system. Although we do not have a feature for providing statistics like ip address and location, we do have that feature identified as a future enhancement. The contract includes automated upgrades to the software. When the feature is implemented, it would be available to all HPCNet clients.
