A Values Based Approach to Leadership

Everyone in an organization plays a leadership role. Come learn more about values based leadership including: identifying and understanding needs, defining values, active listening, empowerment, handling conflict, creating constructive relationships in the workplace, and motivation enhancement. This workshop is taught by Dr. Jim McReynolds, an Associate Professor of Psychology at the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. Dr. McReynolds has been teaching psychology, including conflict management for 33 years. He also instructs in the Technology Management program and teaches the Career Placement course for graduating students, and has taught in the Graduate Program of Business at the University of St. Thomas.
