Marvelous Minerals

Students will learn to identify some basic minerals. They will learn how minerals form (crystallography) and where in the Earth they form. In addition to looking at samples from the School of Mines collection, students can bring a mineral to class to help identify it. Friday, August 8, 2008 1-2:30 p.m. Grades 2-5 (co-ed) $10
