Strategic Planning Draft Statements
The attachment below is the most recent draft of our strategic planning document.
At the January 22, 2004 planning session, participants will be asked to confirm the strategic agenda areas and to help identify for each area the top priority items on which we need to begin work immediately. The listed specifics (i.e., bullet points) under each agenda in the document were suggested by the October 29th conversation and are presented for discussion. All who wish to do so are invited to comment via email to Alicia.Allen@sdsmt.edu on any major input from the October 29, 2003 session that may have been overlooked and to suggest where it should be listed.
A revised draft incorporating comments received will be made available at the January 22nd meeting.
