Alcoholic Beverages and Illicit Substances
SDSM&T and the South Dakota Board of Regents (4:27 Drug Free Environment and 3:4 Student Conduct Code)are committed to providing a drug free environment. Furthermore, SDSM&T prohibits the possession of empty alcoholic beverage containers of any kind. Likewise, being in the presence of alcohol or other illicit substances, whether on campus or in the SDSM&T managed residences, is also prohibited.
