Hiring Faculty and Administrative Personnel
Procedures and guidelines for the hiring of faculty and administrative personnel have been established in conjunction with the SDSM&T Affirmative Action Plan as identified in policy IV-A-02. This plan is available in the President's Office, Business/Personnel Office, Devereaux Library, and all Tech Policy Manuals.
Any questions concerning the hiring guidelines should be directed to the Director of Personnel.
Every recruitment and selection process must conform to the established guidelines. All irregularities in the recruitment and selection process must be noted and reported to the President's Office. The President may disallow an offer of employment if policy and procedures are not followed.
