    *** Research Assistant Position Available ***

    Dr. Anagnostou is seeking a *motivated* Research Assistant for MSc in ECE.
    Research involves (but is not limited to):

    - Reconfigurable Antennas for future communication systems
    - UWB antennas for wireless communication systems
    - Log-periodic antennas for military applications
    - Printed microwave circuits for wearable applications

    A very good stipend plus tuition remission will be provided.
    Our new state-of-the-art Direct Write and M3D Laboratory facilities will be used for fabrication and measurement of novel prototypes, providing a safe and healthy path to innovative research.
    Students with interest in Antennas, RF/Microwaves, Applied Electromagnetics, or FPGAs are highly encouraged
    to apply and will be preferred. Opportunities for Ph.D. programs in collaboration with state-of-the-art
    Colleges can be facilitated for the ones who like to be challenged.

    Research Interests
    - Reconfigurable Antennas, Arrays and Microwave Components: Novel, miniaturized, fractal, multiband, UWB, LPDA, PIFA, folded slot, application specific and conventional antennas.
    - Re-Configurable RF devices such as filters and tuners. RF-MEMS and packaging.
    - Electromagnetic radiation effects in human tissues.
    - Sound and image processing in medical applications.
    - Neural Network Algorithms for reconfigurable antenna and array synthesis, and DoA estimation.
